The beginnings

The old tradition of the Casillo family

La Nuova Quercia was born as a simple, sincere place where Neapolitan hospitality meets the fish of the gulf. Since then, the Casillo family has carried on the same philosophy: quality ingredients, home recipes and no compromise on freshness.

An intimate place, without flashy signs, with few tables and a lot of care. Whoever walks in is welcomed like a friend at home.

Our kitchen

Simple, genuine, seasonal

The menu is deliberately short and seasonal: every day we offer a dish based on the catch. Pasta and potatoes, pasta and beans, linguine with prawns in white sauce, seafood salad and our fish soup on request.

We cook as we always have, with respect for the ingredients and for those who sit at our table.
